Microwave Dielectric Properties and Technical Potentiality of High-permittivity SrTiO₃-NaNbO₃ Dielectric Ceramics

Abstract

For a new high-permittivity microwave ceramics, SrTiO₃-NaNbO₃ system was investigated. We predicted this high-permittivity of SrTiO₃-NaNbO₃ system by traditional dielectric theories, and we examined its dielectric properties on microwave band. As a result, the highest permittivity of 1490 was found at 0.175SrTiO₃-0.825NaNbO₃. This system is thought to have high potentials for new progressive microwave applications.
