Abstract
For a new high-permittivity microwave ceramics, SrTiO3-NaNbO3 system was investigated. We predicted this high-permittivity of SrTiO3-NaNbO3 system by traditional dielectric theories, and we examined its dielectric properties on microwave band. As a result, the highest permittivity of 1490 was found at 0.175SrTiO3-0.825NaNbO3. This system is thought to have high potentials for new progressive microwave applications.
