Abstract
A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis uses to detect an interaction between biomolecles. We are applying the SPR analysis to detect an interaction between a ceramic film and a biomolecle. A problem of SPR analysis is that determine of the optical properties of the ceramic film are difficult due to effect many factors to the result of SPR analysis. An X-ray reflectivity analysis is able to solve the problem by determining the film thickness before SPR analysis. Then we could analyze optical properties for the ceramic film and detect a biomolecule on the film using SPR analysis
