Ink-Jet deposition technique could be used to prepare BaTiO3 thin film dot arrays. In the present study, aqueous precursor solution for BaTiO3 was prepared from the barium nitrate and ammonium citratoperoxotitanate (NH4)8[Ti(C6H4O7)O2]2H2O. Dot arrays were fabricated by jetting the solution to heated substrate at 350-400 oC and heat-treated at 650 oC for crystallization. Raman spectroscopy revealed that the dots consist of tetragonal and hexagonal BaTiO3.
