Abstract
Metastable TiO2(B) was synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of glycorato-titanium complex in the presence of H2SO4. Single phase of high crystalline TiO2(B) was prepared by adjusting treatment conditions (concentration of the Ti complex and H2SO4, heating temperature and time). The prepared TiO2(B) were rod-shaped particles of about 12 x 50 nm.
