Abstract
In our previous work, we focused on high Nb-substituted PZT, that is, Pb(Zr, Ti, Nb)O3 and PbSiO3-added ones (PZTNS). In the these sample, dependences of ferroelectric properties on Nb composition were examined. In order to investigate the crystal structures in detail, we mesured powder neutron diffraction patterns and then performed crystal structure analysis based on Rietveld method.
