Abstract
Nagoya Institute of Technology has a unique educational program for fostering ceramics scientists and/or innovators, incorporating long-term internship based on our collaborations with overseas and/or domestic ceramics-research organizations. The program is believed to promote the consciousness reform in the students and bring a significant education effect.
