Abstract
TiO2 nano rod were synthesized by hydrothermal method with H2TiO3, H2O2, NH3 to improve the conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC). The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). As a result, the sample was anatase TiO2 and had the length of 480nm and the diameter of 65nm.
