Abstract

A plate-like titanate K_0.80Ti_1.733Li_0.267O₄ was coupled with nitrogen doped titania (TiON) by the hydrothermal reaction. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-vis and BET analysis, and the photocatalytic activities were evaluated by deNO_x reaction. The coupling of these two compounds showed significant effect in enhancing the photocataltytic activities under visible light irradiation.
