Abstract
In the sweep gas added with H2, the mass of Li2TiO3 has been found to decrease with the time. This mass change indicates the oxygen content of the sample decrease, suggesting the change from Ti4+ to Ti3+. As a result of experiment for investigating the charge of Ti by XAFS, we have successfully proved the chemical stability of Li2+xTiO3+y in the atmosphere of Ar added with 20% H2 compared with Li2TiO3.
