Abstract
Stable water-based barium-titanate solution was developed by adjusting the pH of mixed solution of barium acetate and ammonium citratoperoxotitanate. Using the stable solution for dip-coating, uniform and transparent BaTiO3 thin films were prepared on quartz substrates. The formation of a single phase BaTiO3 was confirmed by XRD.
