Abstract
SiCf(SUB)/SiC composites are one of the candidate materials for structural material of advanced energy systems, because of their good mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperature. In this study, unidirectional and 2-demensional reinforced SiCf(SUB)/SiC composites were fabricated using hot-press method. Anisotropic mechanical-thermal properties of SiCf(SUB)/SiC composites were evaluated by tensile test and laser flash method.
