Abstract
This study is an attempt to fabricate two-dimensional phtonic lattices. Arrayed nanoholes are observed on borate glass that have been irradiated by a single focused beam from a femtosecond pulsed laser.The surface of sample was analyzed by AFM and FIB-SEM.
