Abstract
Perovskite-type oxyfluoride, SrMnO2F has not been synthesized with no impurities. The reason why is the non-stoichiometry of oxide precursor. In this study, the oxygen content of the precursor was controlled using CO2-H2 gas and high purity SrMnO2F was synthesized.
