Abstract
For nanocrystal ceramics as next-generation materials, nanocube accumulation was proposed 10 years ago, and the continuous studies revealed that one serious problem could stand for preparation of nanocube accumulation, i.e., how difficult epitaxial junction of interface between different nanocubes was. To solve this problem, new and evolutional idea must be required. To avoid this problem, in this study, another way for nanocrystal ceramics was proposed. On the basis of the idea, single-crystal nanoparticle compact is used as substrate, and epitaxial growth of different materials on the substrate is performed by solvothermal method with ethanol.
