Abstract
We've been developed new BN-SiC composite material which has fully controlled mictrostructure by using proper raw materials and applying suitable hot-pressing conditions. As a result, BN-SiC composite achieves good machinability without spoiling heat-resistant and high-toughness properties. So it is expected as a heat-resistant part material in high temperature equipments.
