Abstract
Development of all-solid-state electrochemical devices has attracted much attention to realize safe, reliable, and light-weight electrochemical devices. For the preparation of materials for all-solid-state electrochemical devices, control of size and shape of the materials is very important. Chemical processes are suitable to obtain such materials. Preparation of electrode materials for all-solid-state lithium rechargeable batteries, thin film batteries, and solid electrolytes for alkaline-type direct ethanol fuel cells is reviewed.
