Abstract
The atomic-resolution TEM and STEM analysis of the structure around 90 degree domains and misfit dislocations of PbTiO3/SrTiO3 epitaxilal film was conducted. The nucleation and growth of a 90 degree domain was generated by a wedge disclination and its dissociation into a pair of partial disclinations with an anti-phase boundary.
