Abstract
We have successfully fabricated the apatite-fiber scaffolds (AFSs) that enable three-dimensionally cell culture. Recently, we have also succeeded in strengthening. In this study, the AFSs were implanted into tibia of a transgenic-cloned pig expressing red fluorescent protein, humanized Kusabira-Orange (huKO pig), and evaluated hard tissue compatibility.
