Abstract
(La0.764Sr0.137)MnO3-δ (LSMO) films were deposited on (001)YSZ substrates at 730°C by KrF eximer laser PLD and annealed for 3 hours at different temperature, 750, 800 and 850 °C in air. Obtained LSMO films were preferentially grown with (110) direction. Magnetization of LSMO films was measured by VSM with temperature to obtain metal-insulator transition temperature of all LSMO films. It is observed that metal-insulator transition temperature of LSMO films increases with increasing the annealing temperature. It is expected that the change of metal-insulator transition temperature of LSMO films is related to the change of distance between Mn ions.
