Abstract
According to the investigation in International Diabetes Federation performed, it was recognized that 285,000,000 diabetics are present in the world and the number will increase to 435,000,000 explosively in 2030. We aimed preparation organic matter sensor out of the blood which enabled painless treatment by putting a minute needle made by poly lactic acid. In this study, cyclic voltammetry measurements using gold electrodes add glucose oxidase ware carried out to detect glucose in blood. The result has similar shape to that of standard glucose solution. Result using miniature electrodes will be shown in the presentation.
