Abstract
Zinc oxide thin film with flowerlike superstructure were prepared via a soft solution route at 95oC. The ZnO/TiO2−xNy composite film with flowerlike superstructure was prepared by coating 3D ZnO thin film on a spinning coated nitrogen-doped titania thin film. The ZnO flowerlike/TiO2−xNy composite film showed excellent photocatalytic deNOx ability under both visible and UV light irradiation.
