Synthesis of Nb doped TiO₂ nanoparticles using high concentration so-gel method and fabrication of dispersed suspension

Abstract

We synthesized Nb doped and non-doped TiO2 nanoparticles by high concentration sol-gel method and evaluated them using XRF analysis, X-ray diffraction and TEM observation. These results suggest that we synthesized amorphous type TiO2 nanoparticles, anatase type TiO2 nanoparticles, amorphous type Nb doped TiO2 nanoparticles and anatase type Nb doped TiO2 nanoparticles by high concentration sol-gel method. And, we prepared these nanoparticles dispersed suspension by ultrasonic irradiation.
