Abstract
In this study, we synthesized (Bi0.5Na0.5) TiO3-NaNbO3 , (Bi0.5Na0.5) TiO3- NaTaO3 , (Bi0.5Na0.5) TiO3- Na(Nb,Ta)O3ceramics.(abbreviated to NN, NT, NNT) by conventional solid-phase method. P-E hysteresis demonstrated that (Bi0.5Na0.5) TiO3- Na(Nb,Ta)O3 showed better ferroelectric properties than (Bi0.5Na0.5) TiO3. From powder neutron diffraction measurement and synchrotron X-ray diffraction, we examined a relationship between the ferroelectric properties and crystal structure.
