Abstract
(Ba1-xCax)(Ti1-yZry)O3 (x, y = 0.00 - 0.50) were synthesized by a composite-hydroxide-mediated (CHM) approach at 200oC using a hydrothermal reaction apparatus with a rolling system. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, etc. The average sizes of powders by a CHM approach were 100 nm in diameter, which are smaller than that of corresponding commercial BaTiO3 powder.
