Abstract
In our previous work, we focused on SrBi2(Ta,Nb,M)2O9(M=W,Mo)-based sample and Bi2SiO5-added ones, and examined their ferroelectric performances and crystal structures. As a result, it was found that all the synthesized samples had the same space group as A21am, and SrBi2 (Ta,Nb,M) 2O9-based sample began to show higher Tc and s by adding Bi2SiO5. It was also clarified that such a composition change affected crystal and electronic structures.
