Abstract
Bronze type TiO2 samples were synthesized by conventional hydrothermal method and emulsion-assisted hydrothermal method from water-soluble glycolate titanium complex solution. Bronze type TiO2 thin films were prepared by spin-coating and heating at 673 K for 1 h. The films showed high photoinduced hydrophilicity as well as anatase type TiO2 thin film prepared from commercial sol solution.
