Abstract
Beta-tricalcium phosphate (b-TC) was widely used clinical application. Manganese (II) ions act on bone metabolism.B-TCP will be substituted for manganese (II) ions. These samples evaluated by MC3T3-E1 cells.RNA of MC3T3-E1 cells on 6 and 9.09 mol% Mn-TCP was same level as that of b-TCP. These materials was bio-ceramics as a new bone replacement.
