Abstract
Single π-structure thermoelectric module based on p-type NaCo2O4 and n-type Mg2Si was fabricated by spark plasma sintering method. In this study, the mixture powder consisted with Ni and SrRuO3 inserted to interface between NaCo2O4 thermoelectric material and Ni electrode to improve thermoelectric performance of the module. The open-circuit voltages value of the single module was 109mV, and the maxima, maximum output current and maximum output power was 4034mA and 109mW at ΔT=500K respectively.
