Abstract
In our laboratory, we have successfully synthesized hexagonal-faceted zinc oxide microtubes by an aqueous solution method using Zn-LDH (Layered Double Hydroxide) particle. In our previous studies, the dissolution of the precursor and re-precipitation to ZnO particles might occur during heating process of precursor and make a change the morphology of ZnO particle. However, the formation mechanism has not been understood yet. In this work, we have investigated the crystal structure and composition of the precursor and the crystal structural and morphological change of ZnO particle which was synthesized from precursor.
