Abstract
We have investigated correlation between nanostructures and ion-conducting properties in Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3 by a transmission electron microscopic experiments, combined
with the conventional ion-conducting measurement. We found different types of nanoscaled domain structures such as the chessboard-type and diamond-type nanostructures in
Nd2/3-xLi3xTiO3 (x=0.14). Formation of these nanostructures depends strongly on the sample preparation conditions, in particularly cooling rate from the sintering temperature.
