Abstract
To date, there are many reports about electric/magnetic property in glass containing 3d-transitional metal (e.g., Fe3+ or Cu2+). On the other hand, crystallization behavior in their glasses has not been fully examined. Fe ion has interesting physical properties due to Fe-polyhedron, for example, multiferroic perovskite-type BiFeO3. Therefore, in this study, we have prepared Bi- and Fe-containing phosphate/borate glasses.
