Development of organic-inorganic flexible substrate and color filter film formation technique for flexible display

Abstract

Organic-inorganic flexible substrate has been developed using organic-inorganic materials and ultra thin glasses. The newly developed substrate has a good flexibility and high gas-barrier. And the new color filter formation technique using ink-jet method has been developed on this substrate. This technique is high-speed and simple. It is expected as new color filter manufacturing process.
