Abstract
Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3:Pr phosphor thin films were prepared by a sol-gel method on quartz glass or SrTiO3:Nb single crystalline substrates. The prepared thin films showed red photoluminescence by band gap excitation of Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3. The optical properties and electrical properties of the prepared thin films were investigated in relation to the preparation conditions for application to thin film EL devices.
