Abstract
The compatibility of Li7La3Zr2O12 (LLZ) with conventional cathode materials was investigated for development of all-solid-state rechargeable batteries using lithium-metal anode. From XRD analyses on the mixtures of LLZ and cathode materials before and after the heat treatment at 700 °C, it was inferred that Co-based cathode materials such as LiCoO2 and LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 are applicable to LLZ by a simple solid-state process.
