Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (KTS) is characterized by varicose veins, Capillary Malformation or Vascular Malformation, and bone or soft tissue hypertrophy. This paper describes a case of KTS patient with varicose veins involving the posterior surface of thigh leading to the small saphenous vein. A 12-year-old male. Cutaneous hemangiomas in his right extremity had been present since his birth. He felt fatigue in his right lower extremity when he was 10 years old. He was diagnosed with KTS by another university hospital, and advised to have compression therapy. He consulted us for surgical purposes when he was 12 years old. We performed ligation and stripping of the varicose veins and small saphenous vein.
