Processing of Image Signal of Scanning Electron Microscope by Discriminator and Examination of Its Usefulness

Abstract

A discriminator of image signal of scanning electron microscope is made and built in. Then its performance and usefulness of its processing are examined on various cases qualitatively. It is found that the processing is very useful for several cases.
