High Quality Printing Technology for the Direct Printing System

Abstract

Highly durable, high image quality ink-jet printing system is developed using special dye ink and PET film without UV-cut coating on the surface. The dye ink is printed on the surface layer of the material and then diffused into the film through the protective fluoride compound layer by thermal treatment, which eliminated the size restriction by a special tool for protective overcoating.
