A Study of Visibility Improvement Technique for Mobile Phones

Abstract

This paper describes a study of a new image improvement technique for mobile phones with camera, which can improve visibility of still images. To use block partitioning and reduce memory accessing time, we have confirmed the applicability of this visibility improvement scheme about enhancement level and processing time.
