Examination of RGB luminescence of seven segment Transparent Organic Light Emitting Devices

Abstract

We patterned transparent organic light emitting devices (TOLEDs) and made seven segment transparence indication elements. The circuit drivers which can arbitrary number were constituted by Peripheral Interface Controller (PIC). Furthermore, the transparent organic light emitting devices with R, G, B luminance materials were investigated the characteristic of each devices.
