Review of the Genus Eocalocoris MIYAMOTO et YASUNAGA (Heteroptera, Miridae) of Japan, with Description of a New Species from the Mountains of Shikoku and Southwestern Honshu

Abstract

The genus Eocalocoris MIYAMOTO et YASUNAGA is redefined, based mainly on the characters in the male and female genitalia. A second species of the genus, E. albicerus, found in the montane areas of Shikoku and southwestern Honshu is described as new, and a known species, E. hirashimai MIYAMOTO et YASUNAGA, is also diagnosed.
