Abstract
We used a combination of our called palatal pull upward method with island flap reported by Millard, D. R. and have obtained satisfactory results.
This time we compared oral plaster models and cephalometrics findings for 3 cases of 10 years old UCLP patients by palatal pull upward method with island flap and the same age of UCLP patients by palatal push back method.
As a result, no remarkable change was obtained between the 2 methods.
