Abstract
Recently, the balance between reforming the working-style and improving productivity has become an important issue in Japan. Concrete support provided from the perspective of communication plays an essential role in resolving this issue. Moreover, the sustainable growth of support receivers through interactions between organizations and individuals is important for improving productivity through “equal pay for equal work.” Based on the above perspectives, this study especially focuses on “equal pay for equal work” among various issues related to reforming the working-style. The study makes practical suggestions after examining the concrete public contribution of the social health approach and socially shared intelligence.
