Abstract
In these days, as a method of evaluating synthetically the expense and the cost of the construction, the maintenance, repair, and renewal of an engineering-works road structure. From which the concept of assets management (infrastructure valuation of assets and management) has come to attract attention, in order to cope with a subject called optimization of the maintenance, repair, and renewal of a road engineering-works from now on.
In order to build such a system, the monitoring of the performance of a road structure and a functional level are required. The precision photogrammetry technique was used and it was shown that the efficient monitoring of a road structure is possible. Moreover, in the tunnel with traffic, the actual proof experiment was conducted and it checked actually functioning.
