Abstract
Recently, in order to get quality of public constructions, total quality management by coordination with local govemment agencies, construction companies and construction consultants is required. But it is hard for them to coordinate each other in existing circumstances. Consequently, Yamanashi Branch of Kanto Chapter of JSCE held technical discussions of construction project, in which the members who belong to local government agencies, construction companies and construction consultants participate.
In this paper, we describe the outline of the technical discussions, the problems and the action assignment derived from the opinions of the technical discussions.
