Abstract
We have considered an application of a technical assistance scheme by using Construction Management (CM) as a resolution for various problems in the construction of rock-fill type dams and as a measure to optimize management of construction schedule, quality and cost control and so on. And now, we are making case studies of CM at MORIYOSHIZAN-Dam and ISAWA-Dam. We are monitoring the case study, and going to evaluate the effects of CM, such as appropriate quality control, thorough cost reduction, improvement of transparency in the whole project and relevant cost management.
