Abstract
Shortening or delay of construction project will affect the social cost indirectly as well as the project cost itself. We made integrated evaluation on the period and schedule of dam construction project.
We classified items for evaluation into three categories, namely project efficiency of benefit by cost, indirect influence on local economy, safety and environment etc. and project execution circumstances and each item was scored and rated by 5 ranks with the weight. A model dam was set up and field investigation was carried out to verify this evaluation method and its validity was confirmed.
