Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the relation of functional impairment of lifeline systems due to a seismic disaster with risk perception associated with evacuation. The relationship of personal characteristics, preparation against lifeline functional impairment (LFI) due to a seismic disaster, imagination for LFI, difficulty of dairy life resulted from LFI, feelings against LFI and possibility of becoming bad healthy condition due to LFI, with risk perception associated with evacuation necessity is idealized as the structure of the risk perception by using neural networks. Based on the quantitative indices of their sensitivity the structure is clearly shown in visible description.
