Abstract
Several guidelines of business contunity plan are recetly published in order to encourage private companies not to interrupt important business after a disasters or restore it as soon as possible. This study addresses the model of decision making process for a construction business continuty targeting a construction site during an earthquake by the beisian network analysis. The value in terms of the time on safety basis is assessed under the several seismic intensity. For the measures of construction business continuity, the preparedness of emergency response manual and cooperative companies network are turned to be very effective throught the analysis.
