Abstract
Environmental problems caused by automobiles are most serious among urban environmental problems. Urban environmental projects to control automobile use, however, are afraid to give damage to socioeconomy. In this paper, we constructed the computable general equilibrium (CGE) model included location equilibrium, in order to find the environmental project that is possible to reduce environmental pollutions and inpact less to socioeconomy. The CGE model has been used to evaluate the socioeconomic impact of policies. Here, we considered location choice analysis added to CGE analysis. And we computed some projects at Osaka Pref., and confirmed action of our model.
