Abstract
In this study, the authors conducted a questionnaire survey to perceive how U. S. land trusts make use of conservation easement (CE) and what advantages and disadvantages they find in CE, and revealed that land trust movement in U. S. A is developing with mainly CE and national trust and these two methods are being used together or creatively depending on their pros and cons.
